Solver, Inc.'s XL Reporter for
Microsoft Dynamics
is the ultimate Excel-based reporting, budgeting and forecasting
tool. It is Excel-based. It is easy to use. And, it is
affordable! What's more, anyone can create reports with
drill-down capabilities in seconds. Just use the drag and drop
design function to develop simple transaction detail reports and
advanced financial statements whenever you need it. Best of all,
minimal training is required to integrate this powerful tool
into your ERP processes.
Creating reports for Microsoft
Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics SL has just
gotten easier! Take advantage of this ultimate reporting tool
for all your reporting needs.

With
the combination of your general ledger and XL Reporter's
Excel-based budget forms, you have everything you need to run an
effective and structured budgeting process. When using XL
Reporter for budgeting, you can keep actual figures in the same
database, thus enabling you to use one single tool for all
reporting needs.
Budget Forms & Packages
With XL Reporter, you build your own budget forms in Excel,
exactly the way you want them to look. You can also bring actual
figures directly into the input forms, thus giving users a more
qualitative foundation for their budgeting. Budget forms can be
assembled into the budget packages, which are then distributed
to the individual budget user for data entry.
Distribution &
Input
XL Reporter provides scheduling and automatic
distribution of budget books by email. The only software end
users need in order to input budget figures is Microsoft Excel.
When end users have finished their budgets, the completed Excel
workbook is returned to the budget administrator, who can
review, approve and save the budgets directly to the GL database
with the click of a button. The administrator can then run
reports and analyze the information in various ways.
Reporting
By storing budget figures in the ERP database, they
become immediately available for reporting and analysis. And,
because XL Reporter is both a reporting tool and a budgeting
tool, you can use all the reports that you have already defined
for your financial reporting. You do not have to worry about
transferring and balancing data between multiple data sources,
or recreating reports from one system to another.
