Additionally, with each new
client we initiate a proactive contact plan in which
the senior consultant assigned to the client will
make contact on a predetermined time interval. This
approach is an effective means of ensuring users
continue to remain satisfied and productive with
their new system.
Support is provided through the
following sources:
SSYH Support
On-site service and/or communication via
telephone, email, fax, etc. between an SSYH
consultant and the client to answer questions,
assist with processes, transfer files, etc. In
addition to the Financial Systems Consultant
assigned to each client, SSYH has an internal
support desk, available to you during regular
business hours. These services will be charged at
the client's contracted hourly rate.
Microsoft Enhancement
Plan and CustomerSource
Microsoft provides Enhancement Plans which cover
software updates and bulletins, as well as
telephone, email or fax support. In addition, the
CustomerSource Website is available to you 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. It allows you to review
product updates, access training and self-help
tools, and submit suggestions for added
functionality.
