Support is provided through the

SSYH Support
From time to time, clients may need SSYH consultants
to answer questions, assist with processes,
transfer files, etc. In addition to the Financial
Systems Consultant assigned to each client,
SSYH has an internal support desk available
during regular business hours. Support is offered
via telephone, email and fax. These services
are charged at the client's contracted hourly
rate.
Microsoft Enhancement Plan
and CustomerSource
Microsoft provides Enhancement Plans which cover
software updates and bulletins, as well as telephone,
email or fax support. In addition, the CustomerSource
Website is available to you 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. It allows you to review product
updates, access training and self-help tools,
and submit suggestions for added functionality.
